Can I Print Documents in the Post Office?

If you need to print a document, you can do so at many post offices, but not all of them have the facilities. Some of the locations are coin operated copy machines, so you may need to call ahead to find out if they have these. If not, you can always visit your local library and use the printer there. Otherwise, you may want to use a service like Parcelforce Convenient Collect.

Alternatively, you can also ask the staff of your local hotel or apartment complex if they can help you print a document. These workers are usually happy to do so for guests. Depending on the circumstances, they may even be able to print the document for you for free if you request it in advance. If you have a small business, you may also be able to print documents for employees who work for your company.

The USPS has added a new service to help business owners and individuals print shipping labels. All you need is a USPS account, and register your shipping system. Once you're registered, you can print shipping labels right from their website. Labels can be printed on standard paper or sticker paper. Using this service is easy and convenient. Then, you can pick up the printed document within a few hours.
